Sir, 1. I had purchased HP laptop model no HP 15- AB032TX srl no 5cd5173pcl from Boss Computers Pvt Ltd, SCO 56, Sector 20-C, Chandigarh on 09 Jul 2015 vide their invoice no 1770. 2. In the last six months the laptop has become faulty thrice. It just hangs and does not boot up again. I took the laptop to the dealer twice and once to your authorised service center in sector 34 Chandigarh and the same was repaired. 3. My point is that I have purchased the laptop worth Rs 50000/- having full faith in the HP company but to my dismay, I now feel that I have been cheated either by the company or by the local vendor by palming off a faulty laptop to me. 4. Since the laptop is in warranty I want my Laptop to be changed. All the software and anti virus that has been installed has been supplied by the company/auth vendor. 5.
