HP India — Found a red spot on newly purchased lap notebook

I have purchased a newly hp notebook hp 15 ac650tu last week from hp website...
I found a red spot on my hp notebook... I filled a complaint against it... One of the hp executive came to my house today & said to me only 50 % chance that u get d replacement.. I m shocked pls help me i want to replacement at any cost

Right now I am in Mumbai. My product no. is 5CD4230CCR. Screen of my Laptop is not fitted properly by hp service man when he come to repair my laptop. It is waving and because of that I am unable to do the work properly in laptop. please see it on an urgent basis and do the needful. If you require any other help, you can contact me at [protected].
