HP India — Fulty failure model laptop sold.

I wish to inform You that i have purchased a Note book Laptop Hp Pavilion DV9601AU TL58. Description SN.No. CNF 735775D from M/s. Shreetech No.26, 100 ft road, Velachery Byepass Road.Chennai-42. Vide their invoice No. 227 dated 06/09/2008. Since then I had taken the laptop to service centre several number of times. Instead of looking for a permanent solution to the problem. Tey had applaied a temporary cure. The problem was that it had heated badly and the laptop display totally goes off. Now I am aware that it is a defective fault of the company motherboard and replacement has been offered in foreign countries. I had not used tis laptop for 3 yrs. thinking that it was a problem on the user side. But I was shocked to see the same problem faced by almost all people who got the laptop. I request HP to offer their good office and support their loyal customers on the same issue.
