HP India — Hard disk not working

My S/n No. - INAI52Y8ZP Model No. - HP Compaq 8200 Elite MT PC Product No. - BX383AV while switch on the machine, it unable to detect HDD and popups an error message that "Non - system disk or dis error. Replace and strike". Even after so many trails, we could not sucessed and found there a HDD failure. Hence request to attend the call.
