Hp case id #: [protected]
you closed the case on what basic, , you dont provide any solutuon and you sent me a mail saying that my case is closed, , "for what joy".
this pain is the company hp, , sent me refurbished part as a replacement without my consent..
now my notebook is gone bad to worst, ,
is this what you call customer service, when i wanted a new notebook, , you guys were ready to lick my ass, , now when i want fix the issue, you guys wants to run aways by passing the bucket,
