HP India — HP Color Laser Jet Printer not working

Sir, One number of HP Color Laser CP 4025 printer availablet at our office is not functioning. The machine is under warranty. S/No.JPDXFC5DCN Product no. CC490A The empty page is coming after printing command is executed. While calling the customer care number[protected], no one is properly responding during 1300 hrs to 1330 hrs today (11.03.2015).
