[Resolved]  HP India — Hp diwali offer

I purchased one hp laptop hp notebook 15 - r014tx serial no. Cnd4338hm1 from mangalam, jaipur on 19. 09. 2014. As per hp diwali offer, i registered for the same. But my mistake, email id was mistyped and i realised it later. I called hp customer care to know how can i change that email id and she advised me to mail on [protected]@redemption.com to get the help but its much more than 24 hours i am still waiting for any reply. I have sent a mail as well as lodged a complaint at [protected]@redemption.com but have not got any reply. I request hp authorities to amend the mistake.
