SN: 5CG4060X9W Date of Purchase 21-04-14 Extended warranty till 20-04-17 dt of first complaint: 22-02-15 Complaint No: [protected] dt of fixed : 11-03-15 Dt of second complaint: 26-03-15 Complaint No: [protected] No solution till date. From last one month I am enable to use my HP laptop. I am fed up with HP service and support. Every day I am losing 15000 appox, just because I don't have a Lappy to work. I have nothing to do other then just waiting for HP tech Guy. BETTER TO REPLACE MY LAPPY WITH NEW ONE OR RETURN MY FULL AMOUNT ASAP. Pranay - [protected]

Bos it' s common practice of HP even I have similar grievance's with HP Here is what they have to say for their faulty parts .
1. They are very keen to get new orders, but will never provide proper support for that
They are doing good in US but in India they follow & think that we don't know anything & what ever they want to do they can do B'cos our Indian laws are not equipped with that force to help consumers.
I'was convinced to buy new adapter for my ENVY Ultra book as the adapter malfunctioned resulting in damage to my smartphone the repair of the same cost me INR 5000/-
Now when I've ordered new one from HP site on 8-Apr-15 it's still not shipped.
The irony is that what online support offered me was INR 7200/- for adapter & online on HP website its INR[protected]/- .
