I have been trying to get a solution for my problems since last week but to no avail.
About the laptop the base warranty is given as 23rd Jan 2014, I have bought my laptop in August 2014. How base warranty can be in Jan 2014?
Also back to college offer, I got 3 products without any invoice. The hp redemption personnel says they cannot give any invoice to the customer. If so how should I avail the warranty when no warranty card provided with the product, no invoice provided. There is only mail confirmation for the same which is not enough to avail warranty as they have not mentioned anything about the product ID of the products provided to me.
I have contacted 3 different mail IDs, but now the care pack department says to contact another department. Should I be just mailing every department till the warranty is over? This issue if not reolved within 15 days, I will go to the consumer court.
