[Resolved] HP India — Hp laptop does not work | |||||
I purchased a HP Pav x360 Convert 13-u005TU last month and it from the start I was getting some or the other issues, then the support guy asked me to do a recovery, he dictated me the steps and that recovery failed. After that my laptop does not work. They have sent me the recovery manager but delivered it to the wrong address, now they are asking me to collect from that address. Hp has got the worst support, the people are rude and do not help at all. Hp gives the worst services and the product. I am very disappointed with HP. Pl Was this information helpful? | |||||

When the said hp printer is connected with electricity and also with the computer, the yellow indicator gets lit up but still there comes no connection between the said hp printer and the said computer

compllaint- paper not taking. So, pls send soon a machanic for repaire it.
