HP India — Hp laptop - poor service by authorised service center - jabil service centre | |||
Dear sir, Myself abhishek have an hp laptop and now i am struggling in getting services by poor service by jabil service centre (Authorised hp service centre gurgaon) as per commitment and timeline. My service call report serial number is 1505. After deadline which was 11th, still i did not received my product back and repairing is going on. Also extra amount is being charged on me which was not communicated to me by anyone in any mode at the time diagnosis of laptop and neither it is mentioned in service call report. Extra charges are being ask by service centre team on phone call. Also timeline has been finished and my laptop is still lying in service centre. My work is getting hampered due to delay in service.
