Dear HP,
As per the above mail Its been almost a week I haven't received any pass key so that my windows gets activated. Its getting really frustrating for me as my work is been kept on hold. I believe with such a reputed company I expect my issue to get resolved quickly.
My case number is [protected].
Six days ago Mr Ravi Chaurasiya from Jabil Global Service Centre had visited my site to activate the windows but unfortunately he could not get the work done and requested me to send him the IDR files so that he could forward them to technical team, for which I sent the files on the same day it self. Till date I haven't received any confirmation from his side whether the work will be done or no.The only particular answer I get from his team that the work will be done in tomorrows time.
I kindly request you to please take in charge of this matter and resolve this issue in today's time itself.
