We purchased 35 above said desktops for around 20 lakhs of rupees. We are a leading educational institute of this region (Khalsa College Patiala, Punjab). Some of the system have not working properly from the day one. one of the system is having hardware issues and other have software issues. We contacted the customer care to sort out our issue, but surprised to see their behaviour. first 2-3 days the we were unable to contact because customer care no. not connected. And the behaviour of the guy attending us was so confusing they have spent 1 hr to understand our problem and then lodge the complaint.
The engineer visited us after repeated calls to service centre of chandigarh i.e. ensure support services ltd. they engineer only having one ticket no. he told us to attend only the complaint of one system, but we have lodged for two systems. The complain he attended was h/w issues they told their display panel should be replaced because the system is giving display problem.
Again we have to contact to the custormer care after 10 days for the same issues. again we have to spent 1 hr for the same issue i.e.[protected] they guy is responding well they said to attend the complaints one by one pc. it means for other faulty computers we have to spend at least 6 months more to resolve the problems one by one. We cannot understand why they are lodging complaints for 2-3 computer simultaneouly, It means on everyday we have to lodge a complaint for one pc.
This is really discusting the compnay like HP is behaving like this, then how we can expect from other.
