Sir,

Dear Sir,

We have purchased a printer of the above-specified category for office use. yesterday there was a problem at the the top part of it and the printer is unable to be opened properly. The Printer was purchased on 18.06.2016 and the same same is well within the warranty period.

Now, we request you to accept our complaint and do something for making the printer be properly used.
