HP India — HP probook

Sir, I brought H P Probook 440, Serial No 2CE3440GLV as per ONGC request under 4 year warranty from HP. Twice I complain regarding repairing as all right side USB& Sound ports are not functioning. Today after 15 days your service engineer came to my house, he opened the note book without any result as he was carrying faulty mother board. same thing happened 1st time for repairing of the screen error and able to assembled after 3 visit. Kindly give the attention/take the matter seriously! Regards P R S PANGTEY MUMBAI
