MY NAME SHADAB PATAIT.I BOUGHT HP PERSONAL DESKTOP ON 27/11/2012.1 MONTH BEFORE IT STOPPED WORKING THROWING ERROR AS ATTACHED.SYSTEM IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND I RAISED A CALL IN HP DATE 28 FEB 2015.

6 DIFFERENT DESKTOP ENGINEERS YOU SEND BUT THEY DID NOTHING OTHER THAN DOING R&D ON MY SYSTEM. THEY TRIED REPLACING ALL PARTS OF THE SYSTEM (M/BORD, RAM, LCD DISPLAY) BUT ALL WENT IN VAIN. ATTACHED ARE THE JOB SHEET OF THE JOB DONE BY EACH ENGG. NONE OF YOUR ENGG IS ABLE TO FIX MY SYSTEM'S ISSU. THEY ARE JUST OPENING THE SYSTEM AND TRYING OUT WITH THEIR SO CALLED KNOWLEDGE WITH WHICH THEY LEFT THE DESKTOP SCREEN WORKING ABNORMALLY. PREVIOUSLY IT WAS SHOWING THE ERROR AT LEAST, I M VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY HP. I AM NOT REQUESTING YOU TO REPAIR MY SYSTEM BUT REPLACE IT DIRECTLY AND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I DON'T WANT THIS SYSTEM ANYMORE.
HP IS A VERY GOOD BRAND BUT NOW THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDING I M NOT SUGGEST TO BUY HP PRODUCTS.
