I had purchased one printer, mentioned as above on 05/02/2016 vide inv no-a 806, from m/s. S.M.K computer services, thiruninravur. When i coplained about the problemto them they are not responding to me. The output print is not clear, specifically in the bottom left side of the print page - when i opt for printing of my aadhaar card, the colour photo graph wsa blurred., then i replaced the new cartridge, the same problem exists. My key board is out of ordered. 4 keys are not not working. The sound section also not working fine. The speakers sound is not good. i have warranty period.
