HP India — I didn't get warranty on hp laptop.....

My HP laptop was complaint .speakers not working, keyboards not working properly... Today I went to (20/10/2016)hp customer service HP WORLD..(southern computer care centre).they told me the laptop doesn't get warranty. The told me warranty period was over on 16/10/2016...how is these possible..I order hp laptop on 21/10/2015 through flipkart.i get laptop on 31/10/2015.
