[Resolved]  HP India — laptop concern

Hi, This is to inform you that i bought a HP Laptop Product name:HP 15 Notebook PC Product number:J2C54PA#ACJ in the month of august.. since then i am facing lot of issues with the Wifi Internet connection & games. I have raised a lot of cases in hp support but noone actually helped to sort this issue out. Case No.s # [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] ... No action has been taken so far about this trouble. Sometimes they have done recovery of my laptop due to which i lost all the data & files & they install the graphics drivers which was really important for me.Till now i am not able to play games due to video card & also Wifi connection didnot work.Even twice during the conversion with hp support staff ; they said i am appointing an engineer for this concern & he will come to your home & fix the issue however till now noone turned up. Believe me i am really very very dissatisfied with HP Support & laptop because when you spend 45, 000/- rs for a new laptop then you expect the laptop to work great but in ths situation i am disappointed about the HP Laptops & probably i am not going to buy anymore hp products in future even though i will strictly inform my all relatives & friends not to buy the hp products. Please do something about the same & help me sort this out.
