HP India — Laptop/ illegal tracking | |||||
Respected Sir/Maam With due respect to I say that I have purchased hp laptop 15r119tu in 21/05/2015 along with an antivirus k7 total security. from that on word I am suffering from data counterfeiting. I mean, data in my laptop is not secure. my all private files and folder are not secure. I discussed it with your given HP help line toll free no.. but they told me that we are not responsible for such issue. you can take legal action. I agreed this recommendation at that moment. but recently I have come to know that An RFID microchip is installed in my laptop with out my consent. which is sharing my data illegally. I studied about this chip from the internet. All the disadvantages of this chip are very harmful. Therefore, I am requesting you Kindly look into the matter and get my grievance redressed.
