LAPTOP Received on 16th April & found Poor Quality, not satisfied with product.

Multiple problems like Battery Loose, Touch pad hard, white dots spotted on the screen.so apply for return & refund as below but till not getting refund. as per policy have returned within 3 days still not getting resolved.
