[Resolved] HP India — Lcd display white spot

I am Pritam Talukder, i was bought a laptop model hp 15 ac 101tu. date of 03/03/2016. Few days ago i am noticed the laptops lcd have a white spot.
I am informed the hp assistance customer care. At the date 30/9/2016 They send to my home an expart engineer for verify the issue, the engineer see the problem open the display and verify it, and said me this is a display fault and i will got a company warranty.
But at the date 1/10/2016 the
HP support describes it as white spots or lightened localized areas and mentions that hitting with sharp edges causes this. But i am sure that no sharp edge damage happened to my laptop. Where can I get support?
I just need a justice !!

But at the date 1/10/2016 the HP support describes it as white spots or lightened localized areas and mentions that hitting with sharp edges or laptops keypad causes this. But i am sure that no sharp edge damage happened to my laptop. If the the laptops keypad is the reason so why they made this types keyboard or week display. So Where can I get support? I just need a justice !! please help me
