I have received a call which was very rude the person states that he is the service manager, ever since i brought the slate 6 the piece was having trouble and on giving it to your service center three times it is the same, the service manager states that this is a electronic item and things are not guarantee then why do your give a warranty, i had requested to change the piece on the first time it was taken to jabil service centre but they replaced the mother board as they state even after that it was the same, so does HP believe in torching people who buy they products or sort the problem, the service manager was suppose to send me a mail that they cannot replace the piece as it is out of warranty when he has not checked that i had given my piece to Jabil one day before the warranty had expired. when ever you call Jabil to check they don't answer the call, this is a full mental harassment to a purchaser.
