[Resolved]  HP India — no response after posting a complaint

respected sir, my name is abhijith suresh, i purchased one of your laptop on januvary 2014, with 1 year warrenty, now am experiencing a little bit problem with the key board and the mouse, so i registered a complaint about the product... (complaint id is [protected]) when i contacted the service center near my locality, they says that "they only got the order for replacing keyboard, but i also have problem with the mouse, what should i do? i hope you will take necessary actions to solve my problem...and am waiting for your reply... about my product, serial no: 5CG3480QXJ Product : E4X59PA#ACJ Model: 2000-2d28TU PCID: 088F[protected]
