I have purchased above said printer on 22.10.16 with sr.no.CN69A4G145. I have tried many times to talk with your executive but no vail. After four hours I talked with one lady on customer care she has given me a complaint no.[protected]. I want to install my new printer. kindly arrange to send a technician at my residence immediately.

We purchased this printer on 2nd of august 2016.It is not working from starting, when we install it in office.The customer care is not responding . So please resolve this problem otherwise we should go to consumer forum.
