i purchased hp 20-r012in all in one pc(serial no. 3cr52001fh, product no.m1q79aa#acj) on[protected]. after payment of the amount the PC was switched on by the technician in the shop(hp it world, ctc, secunderabad). after instalation(inbuilt windos 8.1), few videos were played. i dissatisfied with the display of the videos, because hd videos were also not so good. i requested the seller to replace the pc. he said "it is windos 8.1 inbuilt pc, once we instal it, we will not take it back, if you have any problem you may go to the hp service centre".
after two days (on 6th july 2015) i approached the service centre(ensure services, somajiguda, hyderabad) and registered my complaint. today i.e on 7th july 2015, hp engineer came to check the pc. he is saying that 1600x900 resolution videos will be played good in this pc. we saw some hd sample videos. i was very very dissatisfied with his explanation because the sample hd videos are also not so good. they are looking like ordinary videos but not as hd. the webcam of of the pc is also very bad. so i am very very dissatisfied with the product. hence i request you to refund the amount. otherwise i am ready to go to consumer court.
