Its been just 2 months after buying pavilion au009 tx model laptop. With 8GB ram I found its responses very slow.Its okay that this may not be company issue, but when I try to shut down the system its not responding. The only way to shut down is by long pressing the power button. What I can do further with that problem. I m dissatisfied with this a very new laptop.
