[Resolved] HP India — Paytm cashback not received for laptop purchased under hp diwali celebration offer | |
I have purchased HP Laptop 15-AY503Tx from hpshopping.in (Order ID 787625). While placing the order, I have contacted HP sales team at[protected] and their representative confirmed that my order will be eligible to get 10% cashback and I will get the same within 30 days from the date of payment. I waited till around 40 days but does not received cashback. I have contacted on its customer care number as well as email and each time I got reply that they are looking into the matter. And now they are telling that my order is not eligible for cashback. This is clear a trick of cheating your customers. Requesting you to keep your words and provide the promised offer so that we can look forward in future to buy HP Products. Was this information helpful? | |
