[Resolved]  HP India — Recoery kit not received

I have purchased laptop model No:15-N011X, serial No: 5CD3457B3S on 02.07.2014. But it was not working properly I have made a complaint (No: [protected]) on 13.12.2014 and ordered for recovery kit vide order No: IP/1415/hpso-42983, transaction No:[protected], and paid an amount of Rs. 596.40 payment reference No: [protected] for Item No: 752064/D63. So far I have not received the recovery kit. Hence I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter personally and see that the recovery kit would be despatched to the following address: shipping address: K. Subrahmanyam, Door No: II - 116, Ratakonda Street, Madanapalle (Post & Mandal) Chittoor District. Andhra Pradesh. PIN : 517325
