HP India — Redemption offer and payment

I had purchased hp note book p208tx, accordingly applied for redemption offer & received confirmation mail from redemption cell. But after the payment of Rs.1499 the page ended with error message. So as per the process i repeated 3 more times each time amount was deducted but acknowledgement not received. Entire amount of Rs.4497 had lost. The details are as follows Name : Sujith Notebook Serial No. : 5CD50665TLNotebook Model : HP Pavilion 15-p208TX NB PC Redemption code : 90009802 Required Payment : Rs.1499 Actual paid : Rs 1499 + Rs 1499 + Rs 1499 + Rs 1499 = Rs 5996 (3 times net banking & 1 time throuh debit card) Date of payment : 03.07.2015 (bank statement attached) Balance to reimburse : Rs 4497 Apart from this i have received mail on coupon code to redeem thee offer, where as there is no code at all. Airtel refuses to provide me the offer. Details attached I am upset about hp's support. No customer care number is available to ask the justice. i have lost money as well as offer too.
