[Resolved] HP India — Regarding laserjet printer m1136mfp, not providing proper damaged part

Our head office purchased two printers from sunrise cumputers, dungarpur (Rajasthan) pin -314001.Invoice no.Sc/g/1062/2015 dt.-20/10/2015.One of printers model no. M1136 mfp cnj8h5vk83, came to my office .
We are a govt office direct related to public issues.
Usb port is detected damaged.We registered complaint at 22/04/2016.Complaint registration no.Is -5736156 dt 22/04/2016.But issue is not resolved yt today on 3/04/2016, even after 11 days .
We want total printer replacement and expenditure beared by office, in absent of printer about rs.3000/- .
Pl make sure to fulfil the public concerns and grievances,
