HP India — Replacement of Carriage of Printhead of HP Designjet T2300 eMultifunction Printer

We have ordered above part of the printer, provided part has manufacture defects, new carriages flex has defects so we used new carriage along that old flex, then our machine become corrected, As we requested to the Engineer to give discount on defect product, they have not agreed. Kindly help on this issue.
