[Resolved] HP India — Service center 'aforeserve wakdewadi pune' very Poor service | |||
Hi Error: Error 90B cooling fan is not working correctly. I had a cooling fan problem in my hp laptop and hp service center 'aforeserve wakdewadi pune' took 3 days to diagnose and send quotation with very high charges compared to market. First day: laptop submitted in the morning; but no action taken due to some excuse. Second day: diagnosis not doneThird day: no call came from technician and after calling in the evening, the quotation came with replacement of cooling fan with below details: New Cooling fan Rs. 3450 + labour charges 750 + taxes = Rs 4500. Fourth day: I reached center and asked for warranty of fan and they told only 3 months. The associate confirmed that during diagnosis, laptop is cleaned and even though fan needs to be replaced. I got laptop checked outside live and found lot of dust balls around fan so it means service center lied and without diagonis they sent quotation. This is unfair, unacceptable and poor service from such a huge company HP. After only cleaning the fan, it starts working. Charges Rs 500 Guidance to consumers: If fan does not blow air enough, it means it is definately dust problem and hence error 90B cooling fan is not working correctly. Yes.Its true.I had replaced cooling fan from wakdewadi service centre for Rs.4500.But how should I identify that replaced battery is original one?They did not send me invoice copy of that.
