Complaint has been lodged to HP authorities on 13.07.2015, vide Case ID No. [protected]. But today (21.07.2015) problem not been resolved.
In this connection we will highlight that product is just one month old from the date of Purchase and HP authorities is showing negligence in all respect to rectify / resolve the issue.
I have contacted Ms. Arunima Ghosh (Coordinator) having Mobile No.[protected], but she is not picking up calls.
Hence, my request to HP to replace my Laptop with a new one.
