[Resolved] HP India — Very poor service after sale | |||
Dear team Hp Iam arun kumar purchase hp pavilion series model serial no : 5CD3366TK2 & the product model no is F2C07PA#ACJ i have facing the problem hanging touch pad and system hanging i will call to customer care and tell my problem to the hp custmer care exuctive they told me you have softwear problem you will purchase the hp recovery cd which is cost rs595 i will pay for the cd and installed them after 3rd day your excutive Mr amit comes in my home he will replaced the touch pad which is totally missmatched and the problem is same touch pad is hanging and laptop is also hanging iam suffring from this problem last 5 months iam totally dissetisfied to your service i have wase my money to purchase hp product i fell very bad experince to hp last case id is : [protected] and new case id is [protected] the make case id again n again but no result comming from hp side my laptop is in under warranty i will told them its a menufactring falt i want to replaced my laptop now i will tell evory one in my circle dont purchase the hp product they making fool the customer after sales .. thanking you Arun kumar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
