[Resolved] HP India — Warranty not delivered

I have bought a hp laptop HP 15ac646TX .I refered in redemptionsupport.com for my warranty and it was noted there as the applied things will be delivered within october 9 .But except 1 year theft and burglary insurance nothing have been delivered.and also the MIS subscription for my laptop have been noted as delivered but I have not received any mail regarding the MIS subscription.Can you please give a brief explanation about this.My laptop have been affected by virus and I just need that MIS subscription .

I own a HP printer ALL IN ONE PRINTER -5520 which has been checked on before also but it still doesn't connect to any other devices, though it recognizes them.
