Hp — laptop replacement

I had a hp laptop...Four month back...it starts giving problem..and from that time till now there is a lots of problems coming to my laptop and I have logged many complaints in there office...but they are unable to resolve my issue. ..now my warranty is over and my issue is still unresolved. ... they also refuse to give me replacement. ... only want my money back...I am really suffering. ...I have hp dv6 7206 laptop. ..it is of 70000 rs ...and the company is making me suffer
