Hp — No Support in warranty period

Dear Consumer Team I have purchased a HP 1515 Printer on 14 Aug 2015 and on the next day printer has stopped working. and on calling customer care [protected] each and every time they want me to follow the troubleshooting and are not ready to log my complaint. Need your support to either repair the product or refund the money as the product is still in warranty period I have attached the invoice copy also. Below given are Product details Printer: HP1515 Purchase Date 14 Aug 2015 BillNO: CM5134/15-16 Dealer: Dhruv Sales and Marketing Please help.
