I bought new laptop, which had an offer for redemption of value deals at cheaper rate. The details were submitted and i got redemption code 90022445. The payment was made online. The amount was debited to my credit card. However i did not get a confirmation due to internet disconnection. I submitted the payment proof to "[protected]@redemptionsupport.Com" on 11th august. However i ahve not received any reply till date.
