[Resolved] Hp — Poorest Customer Service Ever Received

My laptop is in warranty period and had some issues with the bios. They replaced the motherboard after 3 months of continuous calling and harassment. Then after that the technician forgot to unlock some lock on the bios to identify which they again took a couple of weeks.
Later on one of the technicians broke the led connector while servicing and never accepted that it was his mistake. Therefore, the keyboard had to be replaced.
The story doesn't ends here. Now after I tried updating my laptop to windows 8.1 the laptop is asking for the windows activation key which the comp isn't able to extract. I was thus asked to run the recovery which gave an error message and I was blamed that the recovery CDs have gone bad because I did nit use them for 2 years. Asked me to buy new recovery which I did and faced the same problem. Now they realize the motherboard installed was not compatible with the laptop.
Since the past 6 days everyday I am assured of either a phone call or a technicians visit which hasn't happened till now. All I have to do is call them morning and evening and listen to their rubbish.
Please tell me where can I get some serious action against them.
