[Resolved]  Hp — Printer deskjet returned to the dealer as there was no response from hp's corporate office

I had purchased an on 08/08/2013 from hp world ( wiz world, Andheri (east). Invoice No. 9858. Description of printer purchased: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage (CZ275B) All in One Sr No : CN34H1C7KM for Rs 6666=67, VAT 333=33 Grand Total Rs 7000=00. Around 30/09/2013 my printer started creating problems ( black lines started appearing the paper printed). My complaint no is [protected] dated 21/10/2013.Several complaints before & after this date were made, but my problem remained unresolved. Finally I ended up returning my Printer back to Wiz world Andheri east on 28/10/2013 as the printer was useless since the HP group remained Indifferent to my problem, forgoing my 7000 rupees but swearing by HP products ever. I am thoroughly disgusted with HP & HP products, owing to their Unprofessional approach & business practices not seen with other companies providing the same products/services. Go to Hell.
