HP Printer — not responded for my printer fault

i m having hp printer with HP OFFICE JET 4580 AND i have submited for repair on[protected] to AFORESERVE.COM LIMITED, Baroda gujarat with serial no. 4 and printer no CNGAMD90PT.
THEY Have written some power supply problem on my job card letter.

secxondly they have given other no. [protected] for job work.

inspite of repeated call from site they are not responded at all.ratherly telling doing today, tommorow we will do it.

my request for some stirct action needed for them for negligence.
