Hp — Regarding Delay Service in Warranty Period

In Warranty Period after My complain no. [protected] at HP Customer Support Center on dt.03/09/2015 for repairing of my PC Model No. 110-216ix (HP110 Desktop) HP Engineer was came to my shop on dt.15/09/2015 with the wrong product and further order the correct product on that day. but after that I do not get any support or any information regarding this from HP. Also I have contact with customer support by Toll free no. and they told that Bhubaneswar HP Center will contact you. But, till now no call or no information I have get.
