Hp — Warrant Enhancement

I bought a HP laptop "HP2000 2116TU" and i wanted to enhance the warranty. i went to an authorized HP dealer "PP electronic and surgical aids" at durgakund varansi india. i went there on 7th Nov 2013 and the dealer told me that i would get an email information within 3 days from the date of payment but i have not received any email regarding this. i have all the documents with me. the dealer is not responding me positively . i called hi several times but he is not positive. this is very disappointing and negative approach. please take necessary action and resolve the issue as soon as possible to avoid any further action from my side.
