[Resolved] Hp — Warranty Extension of Pavilion Laptop | |||
Case id- [protected] I had made a call on the HP Customer care number[protected] on 26th October, 2013 for extending the warranty of my Laptop for one year. All the required information was given by me on the call itself and the form regarding the same was also filled by mam (as I didn't ask her name)in Technical department of HP. She told me that I will receive a call from the Sales department regarding the further procedure for the same but till date(4th November 2013) I didn't receive any call. Today dated 4th November, 2013, I called up again in the Sales department[protected] and had a talk with Ms. Sapna. As the warranty of the HP laptop will expire soon on 8th November, 2013, So can HP's Sales Department make it hurry regarding the extension of the warranty of laptop.
