The All In One PC was purchased on dt.27.10.2016 from

PC was purchased on 27.10.2016 with The Anti Virus- Quick Heal Total Security OEM 20984-EW6F1-, 16.00 64 bites. But the Anti Virus has been installed old one which is showing Data base on 27.10.2015, it is out of date ...etc.

At that time The owner said here we have no net connection and u take home and jst update it
Bt after several trials there is no result.
And no up date cn b made so far. It is nt yet functional even after several complain to the owner

Today ie on dt, 13.11.2016 the owner said u come with your PC after 3/4 days and paying download charges here update yur anti virus it will be ok.

I am unable to use my pc due to non anti virus loading

kindly look in to it and instruct the owner to replace the quick heal anti virus of the year 2016 in stead of old one 27 July 2015 immediately to restore customer satisfaction with HP and not to harass the valid customer any more.
