HRTC — Booking clerk rudeness | |||
Hi I booked my ticket online of himsuta volvo on 16 june 2014 for my travelling towards delhi on 22 june 2014, but when i booked the tickets payments deducted from my account but no ticket was showing in booking history and when i called booking centre dharamshala on no.[protected] the person who pick up the phone at 10:00 am was very rude. I just ask him for that my booking is confirmed or not. I ask him please check the seat no. 3 and 4. He was very rude. Please take action against him. He is customer care representative, his job is to reply all questions of the customer, by getting angry is not the solution.
