I have been using my HSBC Gold card for more than 4 years now without any problems. there is a Skypak drop-box close to my office and this where I have been dropping my cheques. I K.Dhanaraju a HSBC CARD Holder (VISA) since OCT 1997 (Credit limit 20000Rs), my credit has been increased to 25000Rs july 2002, again inmar2004 to 29000Rs, again in April 2005 t0 35000Rs and then 42000Rs and finally in[protected]Rs (Upto Nov 2008) .Now as of today 29-11-08 is 16000Rs, there is no letter from credit card services oly SMS informing Credit limit has been revised .

I have been continuously receiving calls from your call centre for making payments toward my HSBC gold card. Serious Concern:--- I didn't make any transaction,but I am getting outstanding bill amount to be paid.

I got a credit card from HSBC, after that i tried paying at a shopping mall, but the card dint work. It said transcation couldnt be processed due to invalid Card.
After that i never used that card.

Now they have generated a bill amounting to 5600/- and they want me to pay the same.
Got a call from their legal deptt saying that the bank is ready to settle it by accepting its fault and paying 50% of that amount.br...

Illeterate and goondagiri employees

I am holding an HSBC Credit Card and was making regular payments sine last two years. But to some financial problems in the family I could not make payments regularly by which the amount had increased to an extent which was not at all posiible for me to pay. So the bank offered me for the seetlement amount for which I agreed to pay. I payed the partial amount & now only a small payment is pending which I will be making it at the earliest....
