I was holding a card which was closed by someone from customer care of HSBC. I raised complaint that I did not made request to close that. HSBC people investigated and offer me new card and told to me that I will get all the benefit and cash back on new card. They are agreed that by mistake they closed my card.
On my new card cash back is not reflecting. I raised another complaint on 17 Dec 2014. Still date no solution from you.
I had 4 calls with them but still no solution. I am going loose cash back of 2400RS. I am having a all needed prof Was this information helpful? |
