I wish to bring into notice of TOP MANAGEMENT of HSBC that I am in dialog with HSBC for a home loan since August, 2014. On 22nd Sep, 2014 the Loan application was received by Mr.Nitin Tripathi-Relationship Manager-Mortgages- Mobile no-[protected] and Staff ID-213344. Also I had issued a cheque of Rs.2809 vide cheque no 906991 (PNB) along with the required set of documents which he had asked for. Later I had received from him Pre Approval Letter Dt.13th Oct, 2014 which was handed to me on 12th Dec, 2014.
But sorry to state that till today besides regular follow-up the loan is not disbursed and Mr.Ankit-VP and Boss of Mr.Nitin Tripathi seldom takes my call and whenever I am able to connect to him assures me of some more time for disbursal. I have exhausted my patience now and want my loan to be disbursed immediately.
BESIDES THIS I AM REALLY SURPRISED TO HAVE SUCH TREATMENT FORM HSBC WHICH IS A MULTINATIONAL BANK AND IS SUPPOSE TO HAVE SOME TIME LINE FOR FUNCTIONING AND ACCOUNTABILITY TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO INTERACT WITH HSBC TOP MANAGEMENT TO DISCUSS THE CASE AS I HAVE KEPT MY PATIENCE TILL DATE AND ALSO HAVE SUFFERED FINANCIALLY IN ABSENCE OF LOAN DISPERSAL.
